Step One....

1. Don't stop for a 400 calorie coffee on the way to work. Check.
2. Make a protein shake for breakfast. Check.
3. Track your protein shake in Check
4. Drink some f*#king water. ha! On my way to the kitchen now.

It's going to be a tough week but I can do this! Getting back on the bandwagon one small step at a time!


  1. You can do this - now go drink some more f*@king water!! (where do you get that??)

  2. I keep stopping at starbucks for a tall mocha 180 calories. I don't know.... I love them. We got issues maybe! I keep it logged and in my total calories for the day, but still!

  3. Right there with ya lovely!!!! Making a strawberry, banana and what the heck, let's add some peach protein shake right now!!! In the words of the great Dorie ( finding Nemo)..... "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming, swimming,swimming,swimming,,,what do we do we swim, swim, swim!!!" xoxo
