Eating After Restriction

Woah. Bring on the weight loss.

This is what I've eaten today and I don't think anything else is going to make it down besides some more water.


Spinach and Blueberry Smoothie w/ Designer Whey Protein

2 servings of Pretzel Thins w/ approx 2 tablespoons Chipotle Hummus

1 cup of hood countdown Chocolate Milk

Water

That's it. I'm serious.

  1. You already have that much restriction??? Wow! Some people say it takes them months! What in the world?? You are going to be a skinny bitch before you know it! wow! Is your hubby having a lot of restriction as well?

    1. YES!! I'm in such a bad mood about it Lisa! I'm going to stick it out for a week or so and if it's still bad I'm going to have her take some out.

      The problem is that she filled it up and then I had the pass out episode. Then I was sitting down while she finished and was ready to pass out again. So I think she may have left a little too much in there just to get it over with.

      But everything I've researched says that it gets looser as you lose weight, so maybe I need a few days!

      They do adjustments on Tuesdays and Thursdays so I think I'll wait until Wed to see if it calms down and I'll call if I'm still this bad.I want to lose weight but I can't function on a few hundred calories a day!
