Today's Menu

I really like when other bloggers post what they ate in a day. They always give me good ideas of what to make and what the portion sizes should look like. I figured I'd jump on the bandwagon and share what we've eaten today as well.

Breakfast: 1 chocolate sugar free jello pudding cup blended with 1 cup of water and a scoop of chocolate peanut butter protein powder. Sorry no photo!

Lunch: 2 turkey sliders with Spinach Salad and 2 sliced grape tomatoes. I used Sweet Baby Ray's honey mustard to dip the sliders in and when I went to record what I ate, the honey mustard had more calories than almost the entire plate! What a waste!

Snack: These are not for everybody, but I'm obsessed! The whole package is 60 calories and less than an ounce.

Dinner: MS asked for Shrimp and Grits so that's what we had. Marinated jumbo shrimp in lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, garlic and splenda. And mixed in some cheese into the grits.

  1. Yum! Looks delish on both pics!
I too love to see what other banders eat. I am still on my 2 shakes in the day and then a lean protein and veggie at night. Tonight for dinner I made a beautiful spinach salad with scallops and a few pieces of Ahi tuna. Keep posting them!! How is your fill? Is it working or no?
